NEBULA, an abbreviation of Nepali Bhutia Lepcha is a political party based in Sikkim, India. It was founded in 1999 by P. T. Lucksom. P. T. Lucksom was the Deputy Chief Minister during Dr. Pawan Kumar Chamling's Chief Ministership. P. T. Lucksom was however, very critical of Chamling's governance1 and hence expelled from Sikkim Democratic Front. Lucksom formed NEBULA party in an effort to champion the aspirations of 'Nepali Bhutia and Lepcha people' who form the majority in the State of Sikkim.

NEBULA is a member of Sikkim United Democratic Alliance and allies with the National Democratic Alliance, a conglomeration of anti-Congress and anti-United Progressive Alliance which presently rules India.
